A Broadway Veteran…

with over 30 years teaching voice and a strong background in the Italian Bel Canto style of singing, I studied under the direction of Maestro Francesco Riggio, a graduate of the famed Bellini Conservatory in Italy, & his wife Hilda.

• My Broadway credits include: 'Sugar Babies' w/Ann Miller & Mickey Rooney, 'Women of the Year' w/Lauren Bacall, 'Chicago' w/Chita, Rivera, and 'Whoopee' w/Imogene Coca. Night Club/Concert work at: Atlantic City Sands Hotel and Harrah's Marina w/Sammy Davis Jr. and Joan Rivers, and Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos w/ Ben Vereen and Jennifer Holiday.

• My students have appeared on Broadway in: Dear Evan Hansen, King & I, Mary Poppins, Showboat, Carrie, Parade, Cats, Secret Garden, Chorus Line, to name a few, as well as in television and film, and have been recognized by the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts, Rosa Ponselle, Amici and the Metropolitan Opera regional competitions.

 

• Education & Affiliations: Voice Major - Boston Conservatory of Music, B.A. in Theatre & Speech - SCSU; Medicine in the Vocal Arts - "Care of the Voice" - Medical University of South Carolina Continuing Education/Member of: AEA, SAG, AFTRA, past member of National Association of Teachers of singing.​​
